Framing Lead Time
All our orders ship directly from our factory in Melbourne or Brisbane. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location. All prices include shipping except for the largest size of 120x85 which will incur an additional charge due to the oversized box size

Frame Moulding
Our framed prints are custom-made in Australia. The frames are made from plantation-grown, environmentally sustainable timber. Frames are available in:
matte white
matte black
natural timber/oak colour
Our frames are a premium, contemporary box-style frames, measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3cm deep against the wall. All frames are ready to hang.

White Border
We do not provide matt boards to keep our framing affordable, however, all frames come with a 50mm standard white border around the artwork. You still have the option to select a white border or no border when you are selecting your framing. Please note white borders are inclusive of the selected size, not additional which means the artwork will be smaller once the white border is added.
Glazing
We use either genuine glass or acrylic (perspex) depending on the dimensions of the print and frame ordered. Both our glass and acrylic offer crystal clear transparency and are chemically resistant.
All orders are on FREE Shipping except 120x85cm framed prints that have an additional freight charge of $50 per frame to cover high freight charges for sending a bulky and fragile item.

IF delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges, we reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees or to cancel an order prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order in these circumstances we will issue a full refund to you.
* Christmas Cut-Off Dates
Based on the latest information provided to us today from our shipping carriers, December 13th is their cut-off for “guaranteed” deliveries as all our prints are custom made. To facilitate meeting their deadline, our cut-off will be Friday 3rd of December.
